Creativity Week

During creativity week we experimented in different ways in order to generate ideas for our pitch and our music video. Myself and Amy worked together to create a number of materials that helped to stimulate our imaginations.

Our song is in the rap/hip hop genre which helped to get us started, I made a poster, on this we wrote down as many words we could think of that related to our song and the genre. This helped to think of ideas for our music video such as using the streets or a strobe light. From this we could invision what ourvideo might look like.

We made a boom box out of card, we did this as something more creative, this was anohter material that helped to think of other objects associated with our genre.

I experimented on the whiteboard writing more words but using a graffitti style of writing, this can relate to our genre as we may use graffitti in our music video.

After all this we decided that the word relation poster helped us the most, from this we got our idea and started on our pitch using words to help develop points.
